After stockpiling parts, bursting a fuel line, and a little elbow grease the Sub is done for now. I went ahead and pulled the turbo to get to that bank of injectors, also in hope that the turbo fairy would show up too, but no such luck. Replaced all return lines with clear, finished the FTB, new tuna can, and K47. Not sure how it happened but also managed to kill a PMD while it sat. Used the "do one side of injectors then run it" technique and all went well. Instant improvements were noticed in starting, running, response, and pick up. No super seat-of-pants power, yet definitely a difference between the 145K injectors with stock supply lines and the new injectors with the FTB.

Looks good. I like the clear tubing.

The PMD issue might be a grounding issue with the two grounding wires that attach to the intake manifold in the rear of the engine. Just make sure those two wires are clean and well clamped.

Did you actually ran completely new fuel lines from the tank all the way up to the IP? If so, what size line did you use?

The clear lines do add a bit of mental insurance. There was so much air in the system between FTB and new injectors being done, and all the old lines were drying up. Cleaned and snugged up all grounds while there was room to get to them. No just new fuel lines up top. If a Walbro finds its way on then we may see.
