I think trans floid is coming out of my dipstick grommet when the truck is parked nose down. Tranny was rebuilt in January, and I never noticed this as my driveway is flat, with a slight up hill grade (nose is higher) so I never noticed it leak, I parked in a driveway that was barely steep and it was dripping fast,.. a drip every few seconds...

Fluid level seems full, if not overfull.

Question is, should the fluid be OVER the pan bolts, in fact so high to hit the tranny dipstick grommet with engine off?

BTW, only notice this happen with engine off.

Shouldn't drip from the filler-tube seal under any circumstance - the dipstick that rebuilt the trans either didn't fully seat the tube or split the seal while forcing the tube in place - NAPA or GM
