error codes for PPE X std

I am currently getting 2 error codes when i plug in my programmer into my truck.
the codes are FA002A002A002BC8 and F70000000000003B
Anybody have any idea what these mean?
I have contacted PPE but they have not gotten back to me yet

Did you just have your truck reflashed by the dealer? Is the PPE currently loaded on the truck?

I have not had the truck at a dealer in months and the level 3 tune is installed on the truck now. The programmer seem to just lockup when i try to change to a different level or go back to stock.
i am think that its a problem with the programmer but not for sure

I would pull the radio and info fuses to make sure and try again. And if that fails, I would say a faulty programmer.

Just to make sure. Are you putting the key into "run" position, and not just the "acc" position? I've done that and I've gotten funny errors.

I have pulled the fuses for the radio 4x4 and info and i get the codes in every key position
i am thinking something has ahppened to the programmer.
i am going to send it back to PPE next week
