at the beginning of august one of my oil cooler lines blew out and long story short it wreaked havoc inside, not so bad that it wouldnt run but it just smoked and sounded like a lifter tick. recently i have gotten a 95 1500 p vin motor. is the 95 motor minus the egr and plus my 94 eprom gonna drop and run thanks in advance

the basic engine is the same , possible diferences are mech IP vs elect IP, intakes, oil cooler line hose sizes, exhuast manifolds, etc

Maybe, there is a very good chance the 95 people van has a mechanical pump not electronic like the 94 truck. You will probably need to install the 94 pump on the 95 engine as well as the 94 timing cover/wp backing plate.
