Me thinks some corners were cut judging by the tie straps holding the intercooler in place. And electric fans will not keep one cool under a hard load. Also it does not have a 3500hd rear end, and I'm betting from it being a 4 door, it was a regular 3500 drw that somebody slid the 3500hd front end under.

It has a 3500HD front axle. It's the 5 lug covers at least.
Not really interested in a duramax swapped gmt400. Too many things could go wrong.

looks like a HD rear to me, 10 lug and 19.5

I count 10 on the rear? I feel like it was probably cobbled quite a bit. And knowing people in St Cloud, I wouldn't trust it...
