Looks great with the toolbox. And starting March 11th my shipping will go up a dollar and all orders will be going UPS.
 
Is there a way to track the shipment?


I talked to Rob last night and the USPS up there is losing or damaging alot of the shipments. Mine was sent back to Rob damaged and he had to recut some more after being lost for a week. Rob is shipping my recut decals out tomorrow morning and UPS should have it to me Tuesday. Rob had a meeting with UPS this past week and is changing from USPS to UPS because he is losing money using the post office. Now to answer ya'lls question UPS will have tracking numbers for the item shipped, but everything that went out in the past was USPS and doesn't have tracking numbers. I believe that everything shipped after today will be UPS and have tracking numbers. It should also be a faster service. Rob is going to try to be here tonight to help break the record if he can get off work in time.
 
ok well then I guess Im sending more out via UPS to everyone. If you get doubles oh well what can I do lol
 
I've never liked USPS too much, had a couple issues with them myself. UPS has always been good to me though. Hope you guys get it all figured out.

Just a suggestion, but I would bring in my copies of my receipts, and make a complaint with the postmaster and the postal inspector. Bottom line is they need to reimburse you for your losses. It is not fair to you at all. I can see one shipment getting lost or misplaced, but two shipments? There is something wrong there. Maybe the USPS needs to be made aware of the situation, so they can correct it. I use UPS for everything I ship. They are very dependable! Just my 2 cents!
 
Well I did bring in the reciepts and they only guarantee express mail which is overnight. So its ok learned a big lesson lost some money and shit happens. I thank you all for the patience and understanding but its out of my hands. So now UPS is all the shipping I am using and it will be $1 more expensive I just hope people understand cause they say my shipping is high now.
 
I use priority mail for most everything and there is always an insurance option...flat rate envelope $4.80 what ever you can stuff in there...you could put sheets of lead(up to like 50#'s) if you wanted...I'm sure your cardboard tubes (cut down) to protect the contents would fit...start shipping them with $30 of insurance...you make a few claims against them and they will straighten out there act...and yes you can track priority mail...not quite real time like UPS but you know it was delivered...JMO
 
Yes that is correct you can track it but not really real time. Also what there telling me is the insurance is only for damage not missing packages. Its ok cause UPS is taking over
 
Ok sorry for the delay they didnt have my account ready. I will have the tracking numbers this evening. 2 have been sent Enos by UPS that I have the tracking number for and to Norway to Richmond that is coming by USPS Priority Guaranteed Air Mail. UPS needed a lot of info to get thru customs that the Post office didnt. Theres one more that I have to ship tonight so I dont have the last name for that. I ran out of time due to the higher up people at UPS being in the office all day till I had to go to my part time job.
