So my dad has a 88 V3500 that got in accident a while back. the frame was bent and not correctly fixed. he is replacing the motor and plans to swap frames.

Question is what frame can he use? its a 4x4 dually crew cab. can he use any dually frame and swap over the parts?

Thanks,

James.

the 88-91 r/v series still ride on the older style frames(pre 88). AFAIK the only differences between the R(2wd) and V(4wd) is the front cross-member. burbs also fell under the same listings but maxed out at 3/4 tons.
