I’m in Missoula.
Pulling into a place to park.
Turning the steer wheel quite sharply, brake pedal was sort of hard to push down.
When it did go, sort of like normal pressure, it felt like the ABS was engaging.
This happened twice.
Anyone have any suggestions or easy quick on the road fix ?
I’m not staying over, wifey is struggling with Her sisters and I’ll need to get between them before bad things happen.
Not physical bad, mostly verbal.

most if the time with a hydroboost if your steering the wheel, the sharper you turn the less pressure you have for the brake pedal. you will also feel this in the steering wheel when pressing the pedal and then trying to turn the wheel in a quick manor.

does it still stop well on a straight away? the only thing that would randomly set the ABS pumps off would be the speed sensors in the front wheels picking up a signal of uneven speed but that uneven ness would have to be pretty uneven or a failing sensor, but then again that should set off the brake and ABS light in the dash too.

if you felt the pedal go to the floor during a stop, that would indicate the ABS pumps are activating or there is a fluid leak from a blown line. if no blown line and the pumps are randomly activating, you can disco the main power harness to the ABS module under the hood, you will have the ABS light on but that would deactivate the pumps completely.

I disconnected every connector to the ABS on my 95 because I was too cheap and lazy to replace the wheel speed sensor haha.
