Barn Door Hinge Pin Removal???

This is on replacement door. Bottom pin came out easily using air chisel. Top will not budge. Cut out center section of hinge and still will not budge. Tried drilling but my current bits will not even make a dent.AF908915-7A07-480E-A415-1CB422D56D29.jpeg3AABEFF5-0801-4CDF-A64C-BC074710F9AB.jpeg
 
I was able to get these out using the air chisel. The top one on the replacement door was a pita. I had to cut out the center portion of the hinge and grind down the head of the hinge pin. Then I whacked the pin down into its hole before taking the air chisel to it from inside the hinge. Air chisel worked on the two on the truck. Need to work to get a good angle from behind the bumper. Drills do nothing to the hardened steel of the the pins.
