Any more insight on an Optimizer engine

I recently joined because I picked up an Optimizer engine. It was pulled from a running driving 2008 military HUMVEE with less than 12k miles. It is naturally aspirated and very clean with no oil on the outside at all. The date code is 11 16 P. I’m trying not to tear it down until I am ready to continue on my project next summer, but would like to know if all military 6.5’s are built the same internally. This one does not have the girdle so definitely a 6.5. The questions I have are below:
1) I was told that all the heads, turbo or not have the diamond pre-chambers. I have read the opposite.
2) I have found conflicting information on what turbo (center mount or side mount) will or will not work on the motor with a variety of different parts needed and not needed.
3) which turbo set up is a better way to go? I have or can have as much space for the center mount set as I need. I do assume I’d be tearing down the engine if I go with the center mount.

Long story as to why I don’t have all of the original 599 motor, but the chassis I am putting the motor in is a k3500 standard cab if that helps at all.

#1 - you could have a couple different cups, no real way to know without looking... Doubtful it has diamonds being a n/a motor.

N/a motors don't have coated pistons like turbo does, same most everything else internally.

#2 - any can be made to work with some fab skills.. without a large body lift or cutting the firewall a center mount won't fit..

N/a will have 90 deg intake bolt holes, center mount has 60deg .

#3 - will depend on how you want it to perform with what you use the truck for, ie racing, towing, daily driver etc.,

Thank you for the info.
1)Are the coated pistons an absolute requirement to add a Turbo?
2) I am capable of doing some fab work and not afraid to try things.
3) I should have said what I intend on using the truck for in my original post. My plan is to daily drive and occasionally tow up to as much as possible. I know that’s vague but I’d like to be able to tow more than my stupid ecoboost F150. I have the chassis for that in this project and hoping to be comfortable towing what my Ford is rated at, which is a little over 10k. I live in the Pacific Northwest so there are hills. Not hoping to win any races but also hoping not to be in too many people’s way.
