RayMich Well-Known Member Messages 4,732 Reaction score 57 Location Mid Michigan Jun 4, 2008 #3 For 2006, the standard LBZ/LLY Duramax alternator was a single 105 amps; the plow accommodation package came with a single 145 amp alternator. The dual alternator option came with TWO 105 amp alternators and for some obscure reason was NOT available with the plow package.
