Fleece has finally made a standalone controller for the Holset He351ve Vgt turbo so it can be eletronically controlled on other vehicles then ram trucks . All you need is a aftermarket boost sensor and the controller. iirc it is about 620 bucks for the controller and they should be ready by the end of the week. So who is going to be the first to try it on their 6.5?

Has anyone here spoken w/ Brayden (@ Fleece) to confirm this? My understanding (last I checked) was they needed to make a circuit board that would accept inputs for TPS, rpm, boost, & probably drive pressure as well. If the standalone will soon be available for that price, I'll probably get one soon.

I've got most of the other needed parts collected & ready for this winter's project. Still debating airTair, or air to water IC. Gonna do 3" of body lift for better firewall/downpipe bend path/clearance. Need to check if there's a compatible straight exit compressor cover as I'd like to loose that 90 bend. Could make for a fairly clean path from compressor to WTA IC core to Peninsular 3" intake.

Also have a lot of suspension work planned also, so my overall winter project will take a good deal of time.

Just checked & found a post on the Competition Diesel forum from Brayden stating the controller should be available by the end of the month. When time permits, I'll call & see if I can get any additional details - maybe pre-order as well.
