Way overkill, just the idea of looking for high quality long life unit- the lifetime warranty is cool but at that price... idk if I could pull the trigger. For those with deeper pockets - the reliability of a quality pump to rely on can be worth it
Flow on fail- no big deal for any pump. Just put a T on either side of the pump connecting the two legs together through a one way valve. Pump looses power and the ip could draw through the one way valve. When pump operates the flow on the pressure side can not bypass the one way valve and the higher the pressure the better they seal.
I am seriously thinking of a LP I never tried-little one from Holley under their Mr. Gasket label- #12D. Anyone ever run it?
