I can't remember what year had them, or if any year has had them,( I thought earlier 00-03 gmc) but I am planning to put the same door/courtesy lights from the front doors of my 06 Silverado into the rear doors. From what I can tell the clear light bezels look the exact same size as the rear red reflective ones.
Has anyone tried or done this? I plan to just pull power from the front door courtesy lights. The only reason I bring up the earlier year trucks possibly having these already is I was wondering if there is existing wiring in the door that just went unused. You know the "it's got all the wires there but you didn't buy the top end model so we leave the accessories off.
