It’s a defect in product known by the manufacturer and every owner should be entitled to a full refund of original purchase price. That would rock the company and scare others into not risking this going forward.
You all know my stance on saving the spotted tree whales, but when I buy a 20oz coke it should deliver all 20 oz promised. 19 oz or not the proper ratio of sugar and I better get back my $. If my neighbor wants pure air out the tail pipe and thats what they advertise- thats what I should get and be fully refunded when obviously known defrauding occurs.
The cp4- GM blamed Bosch, Bosch blamed GM, both blamed the gubmint but in the end the owners of the trucks should get free replacement of the entire fuel system so long as the rest of the truck passes registration requirements regardless of mileage or age, and have a loaner truck while theirs is in the dealership regardless how long it takes them to get parts & fix.
I am all for companies making billions, trillions even. But never by ripping off a customer. Thats theft in my book and victims should be restored wholly including the aggravation. Instead our courts went from righting the wronged to putting money in the gubmints pockets.
