After my bad attempt with a spring I just wired it closed. I think the spring I used was way too lite weight. Anyhoo its fine now for around town. Thanks to all and I´ll update when the acuator arrives. Saludos g

WOOHOO! I installed the actuator today and its all good. I have a little over 10 on hard accel and 5 to 7 with normal accel. No smoke and no codes. Now I can get to some of the cosmetic issues. Thanks to everyone. gus
