so I borrowed my Papas truck to pick up a tractor and some odds and ends. specs; 1994 2500 2wd auto V10 reg cab long bed 100k on odo and completely stock. Anyway I wanted to post my mpg I got out of it... anyone care to guess.... I was surprised I returned 17mpg unloaded highway between 60-70mph and some city driving for 180 miles. Loaded (almost 2 tons would be my guess) on the way home I drove a little harder and returned just over 14mpg.... I never ever would have thought a V10 gasser would get that! Oh and this is all hand calculated figures.
