94 K2500 Burb with continuous Issues

Are those psi #s right? should be around 4-8 psi idleing. Where did you check fuel pressure at? Should use water in fuel drain T hose for temp pressure spot. Normally when the LP/OPS fails you'll have a vacuum
 
Sorry that was top measurement of gauge and not paying attention. Actually was reading a little over 6 psi and then would spike to over 7 at idle at custoff. Checked pressure at fuel drain T hose.
