I got it apart but will need an assembly sketch to get it back properly. Dumb !
 
shouldn'dnt be that hard. Is it a tilt ? I have not done one in mny years but still have the tool to depress it to put the lock ring back in. T/s first then there was a kinda big round plate w/ slots that ring held in ? Then I think horn stuff went on top of that? It's been about 10 yrs.
