I am in no way a Dodge guy but the financing issues have me thinking about it...... What are they getting for mileage? Any issues I need to know about? I miss my Dmax and I missed thier financing and as the ol' Powerstroke is treating me good I am always looking for a deal.....
Thanks!

There was a recall for the o2 sensors, my a/c unit broke but was warrantied and the mileage sucks....lol...the DPF is horrible I could get 19-22 w/o it but I am doing 10-12 mpg

but its fast, can pull a building over is quite, rides great, and I could go on about more good things

Dang, I didnt realize the mileage was that bad. They have always been known for good mileage! That is the same reason I haven't considered a Ford. Guess I might not do anything.......

the 5.9's were great on mileage...that damn DPF is what is killing the new one...I have talked to guys with the Delete kit from BADP and they are pushing 20+ mpg's on an eco tune

Also keep in mind that I am on 20" rims and 40" tires....lol

Mine is loaded to 15,500 lbs all the time. Stock. It is quiet, powerfull for stock, fast, and fun to drive. The milage is now up to 14 MPG mostly highway and back roads, not too bad when I compare to Duramax's and Fords with the DPF. I vote Dodge has the best milage out of the big 3, but it still could be made beter with the Delete kit. I am ordereing an 09 so I must like it...

WoodHouse in Blair Nebraska is taking 12-13k off the top of some CCSB Laramie's just over the phone. That is w/o the 36 months @ 0%. I'm still pushing numbers around but that's not too bad if someone is looking.

I'm new to all this, sorry for asking but what is DPF? And can you PM me, if you can't post it, on the delete kit from BADP
I drove a 08 3500 today. Looking to buy it. Also will the warranty be void if this delete kit is in place?

What you doing with the 6.5? Trading it off?

dpf is the diesel particulate filter....it is similar to the cat converter....it traps emmisions and then using a regen cycle burns off the built up carbon and such....regen is when the computer over fuels the motor and dumps extra fuel into the dpf...it then ignites it and burns it to around 1600 degrees....basically it is a contraption dreamed up by a tree hugger that robs our trucks of hp and fuel mileage....
