For the front it is simply a matter of putting on a set of 95+ c2500 6 lug rotors. The rear is where it gets a bit trickier. You can swap in a 4x4 rear axle, but it is roughly 3 inches wider than a 2 wheel drive rear axle. The ONLY 6 lug rear axle that is the correct width is the rear axle from a c2500 6 lug truck. It is a 9.5" 14 bolt cs the 8.5" 10 bolt you currently have. If you're doing the 6 lug swap to run late model GM wheels, you will need at least a 1.25" wheel spacer for the front. So many go with a 4x4 1500 rear axle, put 1.5" wheel spacers on the front, and run the late model GM 6 lug wheels.
