Factory Leather in mine. Not that I had a choice. i bought used, but I enjoy the heated seats on cold mornings (hey 40 Deg F is cold to us Californians)

I like the leather. Had cloth in last truck, but it started tearing from the back hinge around 50k. This ones near 80k and looks just as good as the day I bought it. Happy so far. When it wears out, I'll probably replace them with Katskin heated/cooled leather seats.
