The only other thing is the truck seems to have hrad time deciding where it want's to be tranny/shift wise between 35-45 mph. Constantly shifting back and forth. Is that normal ? TV Cable ?

That's kind of a known issue.

Check all your grounds. Battery, chassis, and engine.

For a lot of guys, that's all it's been is a loose ground.

Check that before you mess with the TV cable.

This symptom is often electrical interference. I cleaned the grounds of both batteries. Then wrapped aluminum foil on the wire coming from the alt. to the passenger side ground (by the battery). I'd have to go out and look again to be sure. But, so a search for "transmission hunting", you'll have another days reading to do, and many solutions you can do yourself.
