I am looking for a 24 volt to 12 volt conversion kit for a 1963 John Deere 4010.

I have found plenty in searches. From $400 to over $900. The cheapest isn't always the cheapest in the long run.

The most expensive isn't always worth the money.

It includes starter and alternator.

You want a Nippon denso starter and a gm 1 wire alt. Simply toss everything else put, if you don't use Murphy out mechanical oil pressure and water temp ga in. Seems somee used + ground fuel gauge. I throw all the old wire harness..
away, don't save any of it.
