Going to install on the '94 Suburban the 2000 model HO Water Pump with spin on fan clutch. Rock Auto offers a number of them but I'm focused on the following:

1) AC Delco Part # 252779 $94.79 (Notes: Cast Iron Impeller)

2) AC Delco Part # 251603 $212.79 (Notes: Stamped Steel Impeller)

3) Bosch Part # 99159 $125.79 (Pressed steel hub & impeller)

I've previously installed 2) on my '99 Suburban with no problems, but it's pricey. Can't figure out 1) as the picture on Rock Auto is not the same as 3), which concerns me. Not sure of the implications of a cast iron impeller either. The Bosch unit 3) looks the same and the price is much better, but not familiar with Bosch quality in this application. Would appreciate input as I need to order one today.

Peninsular has a take off listed now for the spin on but it has a different GM# shown, ??? 65$

I have a Bosch in now, so far it's good...

Thanks, we ordered the Bosch.

This will be the 4th time doing one of these: 2x on the former '95, 1x on the '99. I just know from experience now that the first order of business on these 6.5 engines is to make sure they run cool.
