6.5L 1998 Chevrolet C3500 Crew Cab Longbed 6.5L $5500 OBO

Copied this write up off my Craigslist ad so apologies for the over explanation of some things listed. Interested?, let me know, price negotiable.

1998 Chevrolet C3500 Crew Cab Longbed Diesel in great condition and low mileage is ready for a new home. It has the Cheyenne trim level with the Work Truck package. So it is a no frills, and all work, truck. It has a dark metallic blue exterior with a matching contractor vinyl interior. Power is a Detroit Diesel sourced 6.5L Turbo diesel V8 mated to a 4L80-E automatic transmission with 4:10 gears. Exterior wise, it is in excellent condition save for one rust spot forming on passenger side bed. Interior is in excellent condition as well; under the seat covers the seats have no rips or tears, but do have some small white paint spots. It has a rubber floor for easy clean out, manual locks and windows which cause amazement and bafflement to today's kids, and am/fm. A/C is super cold and the heat makes you sweat. It has a class IV hitch out back with tow package, 4 and 7 pin connectors and a Tekonsha brake controller. Also 7 pin connector in bed. It also has a three pod gauge cluster to keep and eye on turbo boost, transmission temperature, and pyrometer(exhaust temp). Current mileage is low at 100,215 mi. Many more years of use to go. I'm sure I'm missing some things so ask away. Looking for around $5500 OBO.

Walbro FRB11 fuel pump with 10 micron prefilter
Newer Duraterm 60g glow plugs and relay
Heath PMD/FSD relocation kit routed to front bumper


Also has a fiberglass topper included.

Just saying: It helps sell a vehicle if your pictures plant the new driver's butt in the driver's seat. Most seats here are trashed. Bring on more pics of the interior!

Did well on price, but the new owner didn't really seem to be the internet forum type.
Replacement is a 2017 Ford F250 CCLB. Its vitals are in my signature and is my avatar pic. We'll see how it goes.
