Hey guys I going to look at a 1997 GM truck with a 6.5 engine. So it has a new DS4 Injection pump along with a new PMD . So it has fuel pressure from the lift pump but no fuel at the injectors when you crack the injector line while turning it over. I don't have a whole lot of experience with the DS4 pumps. Thanks in advance for any help.

Is the new pmd proven good?
unscrew fuel shut off solenoid and try.
Check if you are getting fuel flow out of the return line.
grounds.
inspect pins in connectors to pmd
beyond that- computer time, or maybe magic wand.

Take you a scanner to read codes. could be a simple fuse or bad connection somewhere. when I bought mine, the PO never messed with anything. it ran, but one of the ecm fuses was blown along with other fuses missing from the box. glow plugs, radio, ac, dome lights, nothing worked but it ran. drove it home and had everything working that night!

verified fuel going into the IP? As in you already checked the stock fuel filter and whatnot?
