1992 first gear only and reverse works

I put new shift solenoids in the delux today hopeing it would fix the problem but it didnt. The transmission probably doesnt even have 1000 miles on it. It only has first gear, reverse works fine.

Here is the codes I get.

DTC 81 - Transmission 2-3 Shift Solenoid Circuit
DTC 85 - Transmission Gear
DTC 86 - Transmission Gear Ratio Error


Anyone have any idea what to check next?
