'04.5 LLY - EGR Block Help

OK...I verified my LLY is not a CA emissions eng. Now I want to Block the EGR. I made a blocker place using a spare gasket as a pattern BUT...

The valve has 4 bolts but the gasket has only 2...What gives?
I had the dealer order by my VIN to be sure it was the right one....I'm confused before I even start!

What you are actually trying to block is the inlet to the EGR. It can be found on the passneger side behind the EGR motor. The part you block is just above the passenger side uppipe. Hope this helps.:beer:
