01 isuzu 5.7 4l80e trans swap?

I have found a junkyard 4l80e in a 06 3500 express van the tag on it is MJP and taq on my isuzu is BMP. The Isuzu has a brake on rear of transmission. Will it work on other transmission and are the transmissions compatible?
 
The brake portion is the complete rear section of the trans. I don't recall which output shaft you need to work with the parking brake. Your best bet is to find a trans out of a 97-02 3500hd for the parking brake, but then you will need a different torque converter. Your best bet is to have yours rebuilt.
