Can just do what I did with my pump lol now fueling take a small allen and 5 seconds to ramp up

    So...new turbocharger setup

I think for the cost associated with them, the gains just aren't there over a standard journal bearing. Everyone preaches the spool up time but I've yet to see comparisons with identical setup and identical turbos, one journal, one BB, and see a difference in rpm spooling I'd be willing to pay...

    So...new turbocharger setup

I bet it's fine. I know its a bit smokey because my timing is off. I had it timed to how my HX40 responded. I haven't retimed it for the S364 yet

    So...new turbocharger setup

Im not actualy a fan of BB turbos. To be honest i am not a fan of any garrett turbo. I dont like there design. And i doubt the backpressure is something to worry about for me. My manifolds balance it out and with the better flow, im good

    So...new turbocharger setup

And also, the sound kicking out of my catstack puts 6.0L straightpipes to absolute shame. And the whistle is like no other turbo I've ever heard. It's a beast. PM'd you Sctrailrider.

    So...new turbocharger setup

Ok, I will give a little more in depth background, just for you Will L lol So with the new injection pump I have, I have an immense amount of fueling down low to about 3200rpm. The HX40 made decent work of this but sacrificed a little on the bottom end because I went with a setup that would...

    So...new turbocharger setup

Yeah, so this happened. Borg Warner S364.5 SX-E. Has a 64.5/87 compressor wheel, 76/67 turbine wheel. 0.63 A/R turbine housing. First test drive was last night...and holy shit. This thing rocks! I will get some more pics and video soon f or you all. It's disgustingly amazing. Enjoy some turbo...

    Banks Sidewinder T04B

I can't access it. let him know I got one if he is interested. I contemplated doing compounds just for shits and gigs with it, but the turbine on it is too big I think. Unless somebody knows of a small one

    Banks Sidewinder T04B

So...I have this T04B Banks Sidewinder in my possession. The specs are 58/70 compressor wheel. 74/64 turbine wheel. 1.00 A/R turbine housing. Anybody have any experience with these? Any good? I've rebuilt it and not 100% what to do with it. I'm going to be stepping up my turbo once again far...

if you look through some of my old ATT threads, particularly the ATT BD Spool Valve thread, I got pictures in there showing my modified intake I ran.

    P400 Progress

Twin Roller dyno's typically have more tire spin than single roller dynos do. There are way around this to help it a lot if you know what you are doing

    P400 Progress

Yes. Sorry for the late reply. I've spent the last few weeks driving and tweeking and recording, slowly dialing in the pump. And she RIPS! It is stupid powerful. Right now I'm having trouble keeping the tires from breaking out in 3rd. Still maintains amazing driving characteristics. I purged my...

    P400 Progress

Well, truck was finished up Thursday. Runs dang well. First order of business was to bring it home, which was a nice 90 minute drive of mixed speeds. Right now it is set for stock fueling maximum, but with the internal tweeks, it is a whole other animal. The torque is up greatly at low rpm...

I can hook you up with a quality pump lol

    No fuel.

I've been driving mine around, and I gotta say, I love this custom pump. Even at stock fueling levels (until engine is broken in) it is extremely powerful and still maintains great driving characteristics. EGT's are max at 960* under a heavy load (up a hill steep, 1800rpm, 4th gear, 4 psi)

    Re. Inj pump removal

Believe it or not, with a little custom tool, it is possible to un-hook the injection lines from the back by removing the FFM and going in from the back, but it's quickest and easiest just to rip the intake off. takes 10 minutes.

The solenoid arm goes to the linkage, and I think the linkage acts directly to your governor.
