    I think the parts are $11 a crack + $20 labor. got three cracks on one head. I also got another '94 6.5 that has got compression on the wrong side of a piston & it could have a good head on it. I plan on removing all the trim on that engine & transferring over to a military 6.2 anyway.

    has anyone here had the cracks between the valves repaired with the little sleeves that go into the tunnel you will drill out under the cracks? the sleeves have O-rings on each end of them. the local cyl head service swears they work. I have one head (turbo side) that has cracks. thanks andy
