    If you are running the original single thermostat crossover, there is no need for this. Bill does this for the dual thermostat crossovers because they don't have the blocking thermostat like the old singles do.

    Just shoot the thermostat housing with the infared gun. Most i have seen are pretty accurate.

    The 2839 should work with the D-max fan. I would also do the mod to it as well.

    The fan clutch for the 97 has a 3.81" bolt circle. The original clutch for the 94 has a 6" bolt circle for the 6 blade fan. What kind of fan did you truck have on it?
