Finally, been able to put the plate on...What a PITA!!! Anyways, the turbo whistle just got super loud. Seems like the spool up is quicker. :)
Hope I don't have to mess w/ EGR again...maybe if I ever pull the motor I'll delete the EGR itself...LOL!
Wuz up? Put on some train horns I got @ ebay. I don't recomend them because of quality, but hey...they're pretty loud and I've been having a blast wit 'em. Kit consist of 110 psi compressor, 3 horns, solenoid, and misc stuffs. :D:horn:

My EGR/heater return coolant line coupler blew!!! It's right up on the firewall past where we place the plate blocker. What a bitch to get to. Once it got unseated the coolant just flowed like crazy. Coolant drenched the entire engine:mad:.
Good thing it happened at home, 'cause it just drained...
Just couldn't leave it alone...Promised my self to stay on lv 3 till I upgrade my tranny:p. Tried out level 4 w/ best unofficial time (Traxx) 12.96@108.
Also, have HP info on this run: avg. HP 420/peak HP 470.
I better put it back to level 3, before I ruin my tranny. Oh, well...;)

Check out the pics. Note the oil in the 'charger!
I was able to do some 1/4 mi runs today. Best time that I could save on my device was 13.65 @ 101 mph. Truck consistently ran w/in .10 sec. I'm amazed @ what the LMM can do just on a mild tune. PPE is awesome!
My runs were done on a back country road that's really bumpy. If you're not careful...

Finally, got rid off the evil DPF along with the cat. I didn't have any lift, did it from the ground--what a PITA!!! I had a 5" DPF back which grafted w/ a 4" MBR, with some minor fittings it seems to work well. Used PPE Race to cope w/ ECM. Couldn't wait for the spare ECM w/ '08 OS to arrive...
:turbo:Took my truck in to dealer for some warranty work and to check on oil weep around the intercooler intake area. Tech informed me that according to GM it is a normal condition. Oil is caused by Turbocharger Compressor Seal leak. I don't know about a seal leaking to be considered...
I'll be posting the problems that I've had with my New Truck. In no way this is meant to slam this fine truck.
My first problem was when I just took it home from the dealer. I was noticing this growling/rubbing noise coming from the steering. Took it to the dealer, they could not find the...
