Ever since I installed a Mag-Hytec diff cover on my sub it's been leaking non stop.
It leaks from the OE breather tube / breather assembly.
I've tried to plug the OE breather hose and drilled and tapped a hole on top of the Mag-Hytec diff cover for me to install a spring loaded breater...
It did solve my problem. Last night I drove from Bowmanville back to Toronto (65km) all highway. When I got home I let it sat for 15 mins or so. Went back outside and she fired right up again.
I'll keep both my toes and fingers crossed.

If your comp is cycling on and off then your charge is low.
Depending on your ambiant temperature your low side should be around 35 and up. On a 95 deg day it would be humming around 45 - 50 low side

Carry a propane torch. Cook the intake real good then go run in and start it.
Also consider hooking up a relay/start button so your starter momentarly gets 24V when you hit the button. Learned from somewhere that is not how long but how fast you crank to start a diesel.
