If you figure your plugs are actin' up then I'd start with them. Figure out what type you have, check'em all for power, make sure they all are workin', etc.. Usin' an over ride for 30 secs on the wrong plug will kill'em. Then do lift pump tests and check for air.
Like 540s10, I'm curious how...
I guess I'm both....

Droppin' the diff is easy, I just did it not long ago.
Remove both half shafts and tie'em out of the way
Remove driveshaft at diff
Unplug the actuator

Deal went south on the rims. I farted around in the city today waitin' for the dude to get home from work. When I called him, apparently he measured wrong and they are 15" not 16". Another dude came to look at them he said, and he noticed they were 15's,....sure!

I forgot to mention before that I...
Do we not have a picture thread here like we did before? Or did I miss it? I had a ton of pics but they somehow got deleted off my puter (I think my 4 year old was playin' around).
After installin' any sendin' unit on our trucks, I fill the top of the tank (all around the sendin' unit pipes) with grease. I also coat the bottom of the tank with grease before puttin' it back into the tray. Up here in "salt land" (seems like they don't plow snow here, just lay lots of salt on...
