How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

You can center the joints on vehicle but be careful. The trunnions with the snap ring retainers and full circle around the trunnions needs to be tapped outwards.

How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

Did You center the joint within the drive shaft end ? The trunions have to be pounded outwards against the snap rings. This is accomplished by rapping against the solid cast portions of the shaft, both directions, You will observe the outer style of snap ring keepers slightly bulge outwards...

U-Joint, as @Will L. said, look back at My posts. Drip that drive shaft, check them U Joints and confirm that there is not a dry trunion. Takes about a half an hour, one wrench and a smalish pry bar, or, large screw drive to dislodge the joints from the yokes, not more than ten skinned knuckles...

94' GMC Sierra v8 wiring issues

Hello 33, welcome to the forum. That oval shaped box is the fuel pump relay. I do not remember what the function of each color of wire does but, IIRC, the red should be power feed to the relay. If You have a multimeter there shoukd be power to that wire. If You have a probe/test light, you can...

If U-Joint was chirping, I dont mess around with such as that. That drive shaft wiuld have been dropped and them U-Joints totally and completely checked

Only fool proof way to check U-Joints is with the drive shaft removed from the vehicle. Then rotate the T and the trunions.

Also, a piece of clear 1/4” fuel hose, about six inches long. Remove that black rubber hose in a sort of an upside down U from off the front of the injection pump to the return pipe/tube off the front left side of the engine. Install that clear hose in its place. Start the engine with clear hose...

Welcome to TTS NJ. Remove the intake to get the hoses properly replaced. And Will L will warn You about using only SAE30 R9 hose. About the only thing that the parts stores carries is R4. Might be a good diesel shop in Your area that packs the R9 hose.
