The vibration did not exist when the drums were initially installed. Belief is that the one locking up caused it to overheat and warp. The vibration started recently, like just before the tie rod broke which had me focused on the front.

They are about 3 years old and about 15K miles. No they did not get checked before installing. Do I have Napa do that?

Same thing happened when I put new balanced tires on the front. They are on in the video. Feel nothing from the tires while driving at highway speed.
