No clue, I was figuring a faulty speed sensor was cycling traction control at 1,000 rpms. Turn off traction control, it prevents it from cycling. I bet if i jack the brakes on a gravel road, I could get an abs error. Thoughts?

Down to hub: I can get rid of the sound by disabling the traction system. Must be a sensor.

There is an issue with the column. I feel nothing in the column though (not saying that makes it true or false). Another person suggested wheel hub..

I am one step further: it is something in the brake system pressurizing or spooling up. If I touch the brake petal during the noise I can feel it, like ABS cycling. No issues with actual braking: pull, shudder, stopping power, etc.

Huh... totally possible considering the corrosion I have. It is just weird, nothing changes in the speed of it or rythm. Hard throttle or soft throttle, it seems to be independent of suspension/drive train. Steering is the only thing I have heard change it: silences it if wheel is right or left...

True. I know it has the same tranny. They kept it the same until 2009 IIRC, but updated the control of it. It would also have ten years less wear on all the wiring, plastics and components. It is also much quieter inside, which I value. It is also a $500-800 difference in annual fuel...

Abs has been good since I changed the output sensor, so I am wondering if it really is the pressure solenoid. I checked the fluid cold and it looked good. I need to check it hot. I changed it 20,000 miles ago. I need a chance to focus on this...i have been working to get a little camry going...

My girl still is not happy. She keeps going into limp mode. This time it was the Dtc for the pressure solenoid. I guess i will pull the pan and look around. I am also noticing that it usually if not always has a jump in rpm during the 1-2 upshift... Slipping? A little bit before it goes into...
