Finally got the CB radio coax crimped and soldered. I've got a issue somewhere, SWR is not happy. Need to test the antenna and coax first for proper grounding.

Yeah, I wont need to tackle that portion. My plan is basically cut the width of the wheel well straight up maybe 6 to 8-inches. I also plan to take the inner and outer together. So I bet thats will be the most difficult part, in the wheel well.

I actually have access to one on a drill, but from my experience they dont like 90 degree bends and I would struggle with cutting the inner fender out too. Unfortunately no grinders allowed. Ive got a DeWalt cordless, need to get some hot blades for it.

Got the old Napa/Cardone reman apart. There is a shim on the bypass so from what I've watched on YouTube means this is a lower PSI unit.

Grabbed the old Napa/Cardone unit. Found the QA/QC paperwork for the current Edelman in the vehicle. My understanding is it tested to nearly 1.45K PSI. No point in trying to mess with PSI on it, that's really the most we should ever need. I still have yet to create the hard steering symptoms...
