You need what's called an offset wrench

crack open the bleeder screw you might be able to push it in far enough to get it in place

Anyone have any idea of what this came off of? I'm guessing a very old small lathe, maybe even an armature lathe. Other than a patent date there's no markings on it anywhere. I cleaned it up just to see.
