Ok, I installed the clear tubing and ran the engine. Fuel was clear and no bubbles present while running and I still have the vibration. Once I shut it down, I rechecked the tubing and see a bubble about the size of a baby aspirin.🤔

I did check flow from the FFM with a clear tubing. It had good flow and no apparent air. Also, I opened the "T" valve and it had good flow.

Are you referring to the metal line in front of the IP, to rubber fuel hose, to front of IP?

Yes, the vibration is only with the new engine. Timing and actual timing is set. I did install a new Fluidampr (electronic). I also installed a new crank pulley (original GM). I will check damper and injection timing. Thank you

Greetings, Does anyone know of flex plate turning tool for the 6.5 diesel? All I get on a Google search is small block GM stuff. Also, is there a "holding tool " for the same engine, got the big nuthin on that as well.

I would remove and CLEAN all the ground wires and studs they connect to. Also, I would make sure that your charging system is fully charging good batteries. I would do this prior to worrying about the codes. As far as the smoke, I would check for a cracked block. Mine had the same symptoms...

I believe that the torque converters are different plus, I'm with AK on this one. The smaller transmission won't hold up. Suggestion: since you already have a 6.5 ready to go, why not just find another truck (they're out there) that's already a diesel that has a bad motor? That way you can have...
