Well. I packaged up my calipers and sent them bsck. I used their shipping label. Almost $8 that is taken off the core return charge. Let's see how this goes. I think I was charged $19 for each caliper. So $38 total minus the $8 should be $30 credited back to my card.

I just purchased a whole rear brake kit for my car. I was charged a core charge for each caliper. I inquired about how to go about returning them. Seems I have to foot the bill to return the core calipers. Is this correct? Has anyone sent anything back to them and had to pay return postage?

Fuggin Spammers!!! 🤬 I have this same issue on my 2006 Duramax. Replaced front actuator, Tcase encoder motor, and switch. Checked grounds under drivers seat first. Still no 4wd. I tested switch. I was getting the 5v check. Just basically giving up.
