I'll say this, Ive never had a bad report or warranty issue at all with the Raptor. The Carter is a great pump also. Its quite and for the price range its in is excellent value at $145. Are there better pumps out there? Yes but entry to those are $249 for just a pump. If I can help I can get...

Thank you! The FRB5 is still a great pump for the DB2 trucks. Also, I have stopped carrying the FRC10. They have changed something about it in the last 6-9 months and now that pump is garbage. Ive replaced it on my web site with a much better LP...

First thought was seized vacuum pump and bad starter. Take serp belt off for grins and see if noise go's away.

Good thread. I did flip my Tstat housing to clear cable bracket, but then that meant the hose had to run right were the upper intake is so I had to get a Peninsular upper. Works well, but Id like to make a bracket like yours or Nates. What are you doing for trans control?
