Selling my 1995 6.5 turbo diesel

So a little hard to see but with the optic sensor out and the injection pump off I can see very small white pieces of debris floating around in the fuel almost microscopic. Would this be enough to make the data disk read improperly?

No that noise filter was one of the first things I deleted off of the truck

So with the optic plugged in and the crank sensor unplugged how should it act?

Yes this is true but with the optic sensor unplugged the truck will run and idle smooth but with it plugged in it runs like crap and misses

I haven't tried the fuel shut off solenoid yet they pump shop that built the pump put locktite on the threads and I haven't been able to get it off any ideas on loosening locktite?

Yea I did try that no bubbles coming from the return just clean fuel. The truck will start up and run fine if you leave it setting for a day but after about a min of running idle it goes to skipping and surging so I wonder if it's dirt settling in the pump and after a fee seconds of running it...

Yes it was timed with a laptop when the ip pump was replaced but I didn't check it when I cleaned the optical sensor. Flash code was 31
