Throttle position sensor, shut off solenoid and maybe a stepper motor for advance or possibly cold engine fast idle.
I’m not familiar with all the connections on a DB2 pump.
I have a ground on the left side of My truck.
Seems the headlamps and etc might be connected to that.
I run a 10 gauge ground wire from that to the engine block.
I have read that adding extra grounding wires can be counter productive but I did not want to depend on a flimsy body to battery...
While the harness is disconnected,
Do a close up examination on both sides for bent pins, then, if no pins is bent or missligned, pull/push on the wires and find out which one is loose.
Get that figured out and I think Your days of the stalling truck will be behind You.
You might even get on...
When backing up My truck, any slight imperfection on the ground, something in the steering makes a hella pop sound and can be felt on the steer weeeel.
Not sure which side.
Thinking I’ll take it to the alignment shop and have them check it out then replace everything they mention.
It is due for...
Figure which wire is causing the shut down, might be a loose or bent pin. Could be a broke wire too.
Most people run the #5 resistor.
I read that without a resistor eventually the engine will shut down and not restart.
Dont remember what the solution to that is.
