I would sand the crap out of them to get all the texture out. Use some adhesion promoter before you prime. Sand your coats till you get them smooth. Should work fine as long as you smooth them out before you paint them.

It was all bumper pull. If I find more luck i'm gonna use the money to dump the stock hitch.

MBRP 5" downpipe-back w/muffler. maybe i'll take out the muffler one day for fun.
