Ok this is much simpler than I thought. This all boiles down to the little slash through the snow flake. I have that digital climate stuff, so I just messed up and assumed if the flake was there it was working....not! I need to review the manual on this part I guess.
Well my turn has come to diagnoise my A/C. The compressor is not even turning now so if it's similar to my 95 it must be either low on freon or a failed presser switch or something that I can't afford.
1 Is the low pressure switch the one right behind the compressor?
2 The compressor...
Welcome :hurray:
I think that the best part about this site is for those of use who own other brands and have experiances to share on all of them, for those who are interested.;)
If you have a family history of knee problems I wouldn't recommend it.
You shouldnt have any problems at all other than getting it all coordianted. I've never had any thing with an auto to plow with, it just boils down to conviance more than anything.
Just can't help myself.:out: 1 Here is my 122 cub dozing sand for my new dog kennel.
The second is when a buddy of mine brought his 782 over to do some tilling for my garden. The new Cub is my F.I.L.'s waiting for me to service it. :banghead:
Third; is my 122 getting set up to do some...
I've got a few one's a basket case. My grandparents bought it new during WWII, the second is one from my parents farm, Mom bought it on a whim and the later is my trusty IH Cub Cadet. That little Cub is a plowin, mowin, snow clearing machine for being 42 years old. Not to mention that is uses...
Aw nuts! I was hoping you were going to talk about tread types. :D
I've got a 43 International H and am looking for a set of Firestone Ground Grips. Firestone only makes it one size for a much smaller tractor but I'd love to find an OE set to make my tractor origianal at least till I find a...
The only real gold brick here is in the wvo or at least from what I'm reading. Anyone who has the time, space and inclination would be well off in giving the process a try. It appears that is can be done for a very small investment, possible less than a hundred bucks if you have all of the...
Pruittx2,
Your results are incouraging! I too am thinking that this could be a viabable alternative to keeping my rig on the road for reasonable cost. Did you do most of your research on line or did you have to seek out other sources?
Thanks. Something that I've always wondered about. The cycle time on an lb7 is horriable compared to the lly. I don't think that you could beat the light on the lly, on mine I could get out and walk around the truck, darn near, and be ready to crank. Not a big deal just inconvianant.
Just wondering but can you do damage to the plugs or the motor if you crank your truck over before the plugs have cycled. I know this will result in poor starting in cold weather but what about the warmer months?
