No, C3's and C4's are the same.

None of the Suncoast kits appear to include C5's. If your C5's are in fact burnt, you'll want to replace them as well.

Does not. The cluster would need to be programmed with your mileage and hours (unless they put a sticker on the door indicating cluster was replaced at XX miles and XX hours), but nothing needs to be done to the ECM.

Tool is right... ECM does not need to be reprogrammed to replace the cluster. I'd see if you can find a better dealer before you write off warranty...
