Installed the solid bushing when we did the SM converion. Bushing and input shaft look good, but I will still replace the pilot bushing. Going with a Zoom clutch this time. Will let you guys know how it works and if it breaks.

Yes it is the DM to SM Luk kit in my brothers 94. Wish he had a great story, but it literally just BROKE going down the road. 55K Miles, the disc has little to no wear.

From everything I have seen/read the fuel mileage increase comes from the methanol you are injecting. All the kits recommend their mix of methanol and water which is roughly 50% methanol 50% water. I know from my experience that water does a great job of lowering the IAT and that the 50%...

Looks like bearings that were ran dry with some crap that went through them.......possibly due to a loss of oil pressure to them.......due to a broken crankshaft. How do the other rod bearings look before the break?

Josh I have an extra 6.5er. Has 180K, cracked main webs, low compression, smokes & uses more coolant than diesel......................but it has a one piece crankshaft.:hihi: Free to good home!!! P.S. It was hard to start too.
